On August 11th and 12th 2017, Jack Link’s Northwoods Music Festival kicked off with thousands of people coming 
into Minong, Wisconsin to view the concert.
At the request of Washburn County’s Emergency Management, the BWRA was activated to provide weather spotting for both days of the event. BWRA was deployed to the Command Area to monitor all weather hazards and provide updates to the Incident Dispatchers.
Unlike last year (pictured), this year’s event went well with no severe weather.
