BWRA Net

The BWRA has a net that meets every Wednesday night at 8 PM local time on 3 linked repeaters. They are located in Lampson, north of Spooner on the frequency of 146.970 MHz, Barronett on 147.045 MHz, and Siren on 146.625 MHz. All use a PL tone of 110.9. This is an open net and all licensed amateurs are encouraged to participate.

Good evening and welcome to the Burnett Washburn Radio Association’s Wednesday night net. The purpose of our net is to provide training in emergency communications as well as a place to exchange information to all amateur radio communities that we serve with this system. We work with the Amateur Radio Emergency Service, National Weather Service, Radio Amateur Civil Emergency Service, and the office of Wisconsin Emergency Management.

The Burnett Washburn Radio Association meets on the first Saturday of each month at 9 AM. We alternate venues between the Burnett County Government Center north of Siren, and the Washburn County Highway Garage north of Spooner. All are welcome to attend.

NEXT MEETING IS SCHEDULED FOR ________ at the ________ at 9am with a breakfast at the _______ Cafe in ______ starting at 8am.
